Relationships

As most of the aspects of our life, we seek out people around us that mirror who we are. The process of seeking out people and creating relationships is creating RAPPORT. Understanding the creation of rapport, allows you to be free and create relationships more consciously.

Once we have established a new relationship, mutual love, acceptance and appreciation will help grow the relationship. The precondition to a healthy relationship is abundance of self-love. When we love our self, accept our flaws and fears, we can maintain a healthy relationship with others.

Self-love includes setting boundaries. Setting boundaries is important to avoid to give in to expectation which are not your own. Partners with enough self-love might even practice UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Unconditional love is love for the other without expectations. To understand the concept of unconditional love, the concept of the INNER CHILD needs to be introduced. Your inner child is your child within yourself before you developed and ego. It is at the core of yourself and it your ‘toddler’ energy. Around your inner child you have created your EGO. It is your EGO that generates expectations about yourself and others. It is your EGO that creates fears of not meeting your own expectations and even worse the expectations of others. Your ego is the enemy of unconditional love. If you connect with your inner child and free yourself from your ego, unconditional love for your self and others starts flowing.
